How to Update Samsung Nexus S to Android 4.0:
Step 1: First you need to download OTA Package.
Step 2: Now rename the folder to update.zip.
Step 3: You need to copy it to the root of the internal storage.
Step 4: After that power off the device and hold the volume up and power button to reboot into the bootloader.
Step 5: Now select “recovery” then hit the power button.
Step 6: Once the warning triangle appears, hold the power button and hit volume up.
Step 7: You have to select the “apply update from /sdcard” and then choose the update.zip
Step 8: When the processes is finished then choose “reboot system now”.
After reboot your phone gets a brand new operating system. Hope you will not find any error during installing this new operating system.
