Android 4.0 cracked to run on T-Mobile G1

It’s time to dust out the world’s first Android mobile T-Mobile G1 aka HTC G1 because it’s shining bright, wake the dead phone. This Donut model is going to join a gourmet where the phone is going to taste Ice Cream Sandwich. According to overseas report Android 4.0 has been cracked and was upgraded in HTC’s G1 and it was observed to run smoothly. HTC G1 aka T-Mobile G1 is the first Android phone that was running on Donut platform and was lost in the crowed but hackers had brought them back and worked on it and done makeover and turned it to the latest hearth throbbing Icey cool sandwich.

HTC G1 get powers by 528MHz processor and uses 256MB of memory. The crack was very melancholy but they feasted the success at the end of the day. So what you got from this scenario? Actually the devs justified that Android platform reflects the flexibility and its very pleasing situation for us. The cracking process took a long time. You will not get the perfect Android 4.0 look but you can freely browse, call and send text messages and run other features smoothly. According to TechCrunch, hackers may launch Android 4.0 version of custom ROM.

Hackers also found custom ROM alpha version of the same and it seems that Bluetooth, WiFi and other hardware controls simply don’t work. It’s oblivious that this will not work and its pretty slothful. It’s for fun and if you owe a T-Mobile G1 than give it a try.
